The GOP would basically have to win every Senate race while keeping control in the House in order to impeach (House) and remove (Senate) the miscreants. Since half the country believes the media's bullshit and depends on government for money, that unfortunately won't happen.
They do not need to be removed to be disciplined and have their future hopes of ascension within the judiciary destroyed. A simple majority vote in the House would force them to face inquiry and inquisition. Once the Dem senators vote to keep them they, too, will have to answer for that come primary time. Not all Dem senators are in districts where they can simply give up a few percentage points to their voting base and independents and keep their jobs. In fact, if their support of judges who were later overturned erodes their voting base enough, a bit of redistricting might take them out.
Without the impeachments in the House none of this can happen. The right needs to get in the game and play real strategic politics. Sadly, too many of them like Ted Cruz and John Cornyn of Texas are in on the grift, as well.

When it comes to politics and governance, I think the roots appear to be money, information, political parties, and to a certain extent, elections. But over time, I’ve come to think the real roots may be complexity and human nature.
Much of political reform seems like a game of ‘wack-a-mole”; you pass the Pendleton Act, and six generations later you realize that a large majority of your government’s employees are from one party, and that there are thousands of NGOs being uses to divert / channel hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars to God knows where. New problems are constantly popping up; scams by entrenched bureaucrats (Russiagate), clusters of activist judges trying to thwart an elected president, an incompetent but extremely partisan president (Biden) doing destructive things, political law-fare, partisan corporate-owned propaganda organizations pretending to be news media, government-corporate censorship. You can hit them hard when they pop up, only to see one or two new ones pop up.
On bad days, I wonder if we are kidding ourselves, unless we can find some way to simplify our political system.

You also could pipe it to the Great Lakes to keep them topped off. Build dams everywhere to store more water for more people. Help Musk enhance Starlink to have WiFi everywhere and get rid of these cell towers that are everywhere. There are so many meaningful projects that should be built in the public interest.

In order for successful prosecution of these people, we first need to impeach the rogue Judges. To accomplish that task, we need to win the mid terms.

When it comes to politics and governance, I think the roots appear to be money, information, political parties, and to a certain extent, elections. But over time, I’ve come to think the real roots may be complexity and human nature.
Much of political reform seems like a game of ‘wack-a-mole”; you pass the Pendleton Act, and six generations later you realize that a large majority of your government’s employees are from one party, and that there are thousands of NGOs being uses to divert / channel hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars to God knows where. New problems are constantly popping up; scams by entrenched bureaucrats (Russiagate), clusters of activist judges trying to thwart an elected president, an incompetent but extremely partisan president (Biden) doing destructive things, political law-fare, partisan corporate-owned propaganda organizations pretending to be news media, government-corporate censorship.
