Canada collapsed 5 days ago, when a man was allowed to over-ride his wife's declared wish for palliative care and have her killed instead. It happened the same day he made the request, citing caregiver burnout, and she was murdered later that day.
It is not even clear to me that she was dying. She had cardiac surgery and subsequent complications. But there was no mention that her condition was fatal or so hampered her quality of life or caused such suffering that a reasonable person might chose to end it. Her murder seems to be based on caregiver convenience, and refusal by TPTB to allow her hospice. When a person can, with the blessings of the state, murder a family member as casually and quickly as ordering a pizza it doesn't matter that there are still skyscrapers in Toronto, or opera, or great Vietnamese food and lovely parks in Vancouver. Because it is already over.
Evasive answers on the tougher subjects. Has his history wrong on Taiwan, was never a part of China. Looking up his webpage, these ranches do not look like they will be safe places, and his price schedule looks laughable in the event of collapse. I was shocked by the murder of these birds. We have ostrich ranches in my area and none of them have had "bird flu." That was just a disgusting display of a desperate government and, frankly, just evil people. Imagine keeping a job where you are directed to do something like this and you do it without question? WTH has happened to humanity?
I have been saying we need draconian term limits, even just one term, for years. This would contribute to the elimination of a separate political class.

To the best of my knowledge and perspective, what he's advertising is an absolute joke. To sell survival retreats as timeshares for people without critical thinking skills it's so far beyond a laughable endeavor, yet, simultaneously, a fantastic and tremendously profitable business scheme. Undoubtedly, he'll be a multi multi-millionaire when he sells out just before it all drops, leaving all those new real estate owners with a way overly exposed position.
I've never seen anybody stress how cheap he was willing to pay for labor,....and I've done nearly everything under the sun.
Id like to add that I felt the guest to be well spoken, intelligent, well informed and made some fairly cogent points.... I would anticipate his book to be worth buying.

Just looked at this book, and ordered it. Our government really has pursued stupid foreign and military policies that endanger rather than protect our lives. Colonel Miller is right on, and we need to focus on protecting our homeland and our citizens, not being the world's policeman and provoking China to make war against us.
Especially "pandemics" (inevitable). All of the "pandemics" of our lifetime have been fake. One only needs to do a modicum of research to determine that all of the "pandemics" for decades have had ulterior goals behind them.

The author has street cred that he knows of which he writes and I look forward to gleaning his insights. Finally someone steeped in emergency planning lays out a plan for how we might manage the best future from a bad situation. (BTW, disaster planning makes strange bedfellows!)
