Joe Biden had dementia when he took office in January of 2021. My wife, who's worked in long term care for over 25 years, noticed it immediately when she saw him speaking on TV. His faced lacked expression. I emailed this info. to Jim Kunstler back then. If my wife knew this just from watching the guy on TV for 2 minutes, I'm sure a whole lot of other people knew it as well (including Jake Tapper).
