But some of them are damned good and nearly real. Type "beautiful woman" into a Google search bar and see what comes up. Pictures of women so perfectly beautiful that it is almost creepy to behold. My concerns with this are that we live in a world where everything is already fakery and lies and what does this do to our daughters who are already struggling to fit in in a perfectly fake world? From women's faces to the music we listen to, it is all artificial and unreal. Now we have AI creating more and more fakery. If society doesn't get control of this we will find ourselves in a truly awful situation.

I also do not know the answer, however, on the surface it appears to be a more efficient option. The ‘Lawfare’ tactics being routinely employed make tribunals worth consideration.
I need to ask if you intended ‘depose’ or ‘dispose’. Inserting both with a conjunction is an idea.
Also, military tribunals appear to be a slippery slope. Juxtapose this risk to risk of judicial tyranny as noted early in the history of the Constitutional Republic by some of the Founders, Madison and Jefferson in particular. It adds, in my opinion, some substantive cause for considering tribunals to keep the judiciary in its originally envisioned lane.

From time to time, when I am bored or have a few minutes to waste I will hop on the "doom scroll" on YouTube and thumb through some of the stupid videos people post. Most of the videos posted today are not real but are creations of AI. Some of them the eye can detect due to small nuances such as perfect skin, blurred teeth or vanishing legs. But some of them are damned good and nearly real. Type "beautiful woman" into a Google search bar and see what comes up. Pictures of women so perfectly beautiful that it is almost creepy to behold. My concerns with this are that we live in a world where everything is already fakery and lies and what does this do to our daughters who are already struggling to fit in in a perfectly fake world? From women's faces to the music we listen to, it is all artificial and unreal. Now we have AI creating more and more fakery. If society doesn't get control of this we will find ourselves in a truly awful situation.
This toothpaste can't be put back into the tube. Like a great many disturbing developments in today's world, it will be "solved" by collapse, providing a different set of concerns, like "how will we make it through the winter, without reliable electricity, or enough to eat?"
Think what damage this does to kids in puberty. Think how the LBTGQ industry is chomping at the bit at this?
