The key point here is that declassifying these docs (very publicly) allows acceleration of grand jury proceedings, with any luck enabling indictments before midterms, which would IMO be quite energizing for the base of normal people who are sick of these thieving criminals, foreign and domestic, making a mockery of our self-governance and sovereignty. We live in hope.

Frank Peri's avatar

"enabling indictments before midterms" .... bbwwwahhhaa. Surely you jest

James Howard Kunstler's avatar

Frank-- You must think that remark makes you sound smart.

Pnoldguy's avatar

No, it makes him a realist!

Ben R's avatar

In this case, the indictments won't matter for the election results; there is no one still on the fence.

NY Nanny's avatar

Belling- I absolutely LOVE your screen name. I wonder how many people even know what it refers to.

A fable...............

Riff Raffer's avatar

Excellent essay! Seems like Microsoft was the landing pad for more than a few miscreants… I wonder what operating system every government computer runs on…. 🤔 Why, oh why, does Gonorrhea Gates have to have his meddlesome monkey-poxxed paws in everything?

John Schrauth's avatar

The other day Warren Buffet commented on his decision to have his estate distributed to charities of his children's choosing, cancelling his previous decision to allow the Gates Foundation to do it. He said no one bats a thousand at judging character.

rd3's avatar

It will just go to a different group of anti-human, progressive "charities."

John Schrauth's avatar

Perhaps. Howard, his son who was Sheriff down in Decatur, Illinois isn't a sheltered wimp like a lot of rich kids and if you see what he did charity wise in the Decatur area, I think he may surprise to the upside. Fingers crossed.

YourGalapagosGullfriend's avatar

Tell us Bill Gates is way out the door without telling us Bill Gates is way out the door, Warren Buffet.

Riff Raffer's avatar

Interesting! Good to see that people are finally seeing past the millions of PR dollars he spent on creating his innocuous “Mr Rogers” persona!

Liber8or's avatar

Yes, you can always rely on Bill Gates and Microsoft for theft, crime (Win 11) and treason.

Cosmo T Kat's avatar

Gates is not alone in that regard. Few of the Tech oligarch's are worthy of anyone's praise. They all have one passion in mind......themselves, their wealth and how to get more of it in order to bend the world to their will and treason is the way to power for them..

E. Grogan's avatar

Mr. Kunstler, this is another stellar article by you. Great summary, thank you!

George Dudman's avatar

I see the cold water crowd is here early to try to take the heat off and make everybody think that this is going away. I think the same people that have buckets of cold water to throw on the election theft. Need to remember the guy that Trump was millimeters away from being killed just two years ago. I wouldn’t bet on this being a big yawn. I agree this is the first bid and the best bid Trump is going to offer.

Thanks James for working overnight to give a good analysis!

Ben R's avatar

Many of those same DNC operatives believe the subsonic round that missed by millimeters was a false flag.

UncleBob9's avatar

That round didn't miss its target; it hit Trump, but not fatally. That around half the populace of this country is angry that Trump survived tells you all you need to know about the character of those people, and demonstrates how much trouble we're in.

This is what ten years of endless bad press and lies does: it twists people up to the point that they do not know what is real and what is fake, noos.

Look at how many people are rooting for a terrible government in Iran that has literally murdered tens of thousands of patriotic Iranians demanding a fair government shot in the face, arrested, jailed, tortured, and murdered.

This abuse also happens to the entire immediate family wives, kids, cousins, grannies, and grampas.

They denounce on country for fighting terrorists and raise up Iran, which has complete control of its country but can't handle even peaceful protest.

Warped beyond belief.

The RED Green alliance on display again.

The commies "useful idiots" helped turn Iran into a theocracy and then were murdered for their trouble.

Cosmo T Kat's avatar

I think that number is much lower. The bigger number is the 60% who believe he was in on it.

Butler was served up to the masses. Butler - get it?

Butler, PA was phonier than a $3 bill.

UncleBob9's avatar

Sure.

Let's put you on a stage and have someone take a shot at you with a rifle, and take a chunk out of your ear as your head turns. Would that be fake too?

Seditionist asshole.

Cosmo T Kat's avatar

BTW,U-Bob, the wife of the man who was actually killed now senses this was a false flag event. Interesting, yes?

Fritz Dahmus's avatar

You Democrats used to be such good liars. You aren't even trying now.......the press have turned you complacent and mistake prone. Lie better.

Cosmo T Kat's avatar

On this issue the finger never points to the real culprits.

What occurred in 2020 was not merely a matter of alleged voter fraud, but an attack on the very foundations of our constitutional republic. When bureaucrats within government agencies withhold critical information from the President, they effectively aid efforts by foreign actors to undermine the nation. This extends well beyond the realm of ordinary law enforcement; it constitutes what I believe is an existential threat to the country. In my view, there is no meaningful distinction between foreign adversaries and those within the United States who knowingly act in concert to subvert the integrity of our elections.

Given these circumstances, I believe the President should invoke his executive authority under a declared national emergency to ensure that every vote cast is lawful and genuine. Those who vehemently oppose such measures, I contend, are constructively aligning with forces that seek to weaken the Republic. In my opinion, extraordinary military tribunals may represent the most expedient means of rooting out the internal threat.

Jim Johnson's avatar

me too. let us remember, Pres DJT is not running again. that gives him a lot of freedom to upset the apple cart. will he? I prefer to believe he believes that if not him then never and the whole USA experiment is over. while he is at it, I hope he revokes the licenses of NBC, CBS, ABC. they are part of the coup. and the coup is not just to fight DJT. It is to bring down the USA as we know it. (I know this sounds over the top. but mark my words.)

John Schrauth's avatar

These broadcast networks should have their over the air spectrum licenses revoked. They can continue cable but the reason they have these Billions of Dollars worth of free spectrum is to report or convey to the people on things like Presidential speeches.

TO THIS DAY, no one has explained why all the networks were covering the Butler PA speech out of the blue, and why did NBC supposedly have an ultra high speed camera for a normally uncovered event???????

Going another direction, why don't these people all say, absolutely let us have a revisit or recounts and PROVE what wing nuts 2020 critics are, proving us wrong so they can mock and deride even more. Seems like a bunny shot if it is so absolutely false as they proclaim. The NYT did a forensic recount of 2000, only to prove to their disappointment that GWB won Florida by only hundreds of votes. Why so little enthusiasm when the margin of victory was supposedly millions? They all know and many were involved in the lies and the coverups. As they say "prove me wrong."

The Leftist hold on the nationwide Deep State is a monopoly on power. The federal judge hold on decision making is choking any counter movement. It is, Constitutionally the job of SCOTUS to stop this phony hold. With Roberts and Barrett in there, it is not going to happen.

JuQu's avatar

I’m no Barrett fan, but this literally Roberts’ job.

Liber8or's avatar

NBC is the worst: Jimmy Fallon, Seth Myers, Chuck Todd, Sat. Night LIve (not funny any more)

Rick's avatar

What about MSDNC and all the lying lunatics presenting there?

UncleBob9's avatar

You aren't blessed with seeing former WR Nate Burleson (because CBS thought it needed a black football player on its morning show, a la Michael Strahan on ABC), Orca's bff Gail King, and whoever occupies the third chair telling us testosterone levels are immaterial in men and that Trump doesn't know the truth about anything. Personally, I kind of wish Ed Reed had rung Burleson's bell a few times -- it might've knocked some sense into him.

Three and Two's avatar

Are you sure that DJT is not running again? FYI - That's not what Miriam Adelson says (speaking of internal threats seeking to weaken the Republic).

UncleBob9's avatar

They don't want to weaken our existing government. They want to overthrow it with a communist revolution funded by China, much of Ametica's own plutocracy, and a good many Islamist VIPs and governments.

Chief2Star's avatar

Our halls of government reek of treason yet no noose is filled.

JohnAZ's avatar

Here is the rub. Who sets the standards for the country? Who makes the laws? Who defines what treason is? Those same halls of government. The same people that are protecting their DC hegemony by killing the SAVE attitude. The worst offenders are the RINOs.

Thank you Mr Kunstler. You are the best writer on Substack. Hashem is with the righteous of the world. But you are His spokesperson. We will be victorious in regaining our freedom. It may take time. But time is all we need. Trump is indeed the ultimate American brave determined HERO. GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES AND ALL THE GOOD CITIZENS WHO ARE PRAYING TO GOD FOR SUCCESS.

Liber8or's avatar

President Trump looks tired, hope he hangs in. Response to speech last night was as anticipated, but Sen. Mark Warner and Rhino Sen. Thom Tillis were insufferable. One of them made comment (can't remember which one) that China's possession of 220-million voter registrations, plus social security files ...was "public Information". Smug Sen. Tillis (especially) deserves a knuckle sandwich.

Jeff the Original's avatar

Reminds me of the MAGAs who I have argued with for years about Russia election interference. When I bring to their attention that Trump's campaign team met secretly with Russians and gave them a thumbdrive with polling data on it....the MAGA response? Polling data is public information.

If it was public information and not nefarious...why did they meet with the Russians in secret? Why did they lie under oath about it?

Just be consistent and I would respect the arguments...but you guys are NOT.

“These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.” - 'American Crisis No. 1' published 12/19/1776 - Thomas Paine

Michael Arturo's avatar

Even if you believe NOTHING ELSE from Trump's speech last night, a quarter of a million foreigners on the voter rolls of just FOUR STATES should alarm you. If it doesn't, you've got a problem. From those stats, one can easily assume that at least half a million people nationwide are not eligible to vote in states that do not require any identification. That is literally a national disgrace.

Ben R's avatar

The estimate is that California alone has two million illegal aliens living in it.

Many of those applied for and got a driver's license under the Motor Voter ID Act.

When the driver's license is applied for, they are signed up to vote automatically unless they hit the decline button.

The first year alone, California crowed about signing up over 300,000 people.

When this was started, they used a matrícula consular card, which at the time had no safety nets and could have any name and their picture on it.

Mexico supposedly fixed this issue, but at one time they were catching illegals with multiple cards.

They were used to turn on power, which they never bothered to pay the bill, and when the electric company turned off the power for lack of payment, they just pulled another card out and got it turned back on.

Once the driver's license was established, they just needed a bill sent via snail mail.

William Bogert's avatar

I believe it's safer to say that at least 5 million voters are ineligible, since absolutely NONE of the blue states would let their voter rolls be audited.

UncleBob9's avatar

As I've said begore, I got into trouble at my polls one time after moving because I pulled out my ID and showed it to a poll worker. You would've thought I'd pulled out a copy of the Bible at a meeting of the Church of Satan from their reaction. Same thing happened a few years ago because I wore an Oakland A's hat to the polls: the elephant embroidered on the hat along with the "A's" logo was "electioneering." They told me to take off the hat or come back later. I turned it inside-out, took my ballot, and voted. (The A's have gad an elephant as a symbol for over a century, ever since John McGraw said Connie Mack's team, then located in Filthydelphia, was "a white elephant.")

rd3's avatar

Some cat lady poll workers flipped out on my father in law for pulling out his ID too.

Ben R's avatar

I yanked my "real ID" and tried to show it last two times they just don't bother to look up.

Had the same feeling that President Trump took out a Spike and Nailed it but he held up smashing it all the way in!

Came away with amazement that China, the Imbecile Democrats, our idiot Deep State Actors and the Failing Mainstream Media thought they were gonna get away with this.

They were all so full of themselves after executing their Planned Pandemic set up, they thought they were completely untouchable.

We are only at the beginning of the end of this Treasonous Coup Attempt.

Think, “We Did It Joey” highlighted this in his upcoming book?

Marco Rubio's speech earlier in the day was bigger than Trump's speech.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyOpJvROK10

Rubio outlined the landscape the violent leftwing terrorists use to undermine free nations: the funding, the training, the logistics, the media, academia and fellow traveller politicians who hate America. He's calling for a 911-type response to eradicate Communism/Socialism/Progressivism from America and like-minded nations.

Ben R's avatar

NY Nanny's avatar

Well, one good thing. Probably more than half of the "voter" names and addresses the Chi Coms stole are either nonexistent or incorrect. No wonder Trump was able to win in 2024.
