I don't believe that "treason" can be one of the potential indictments, since treason requires a conspiracy with a foreign enemy to harm the United States. I don't think that anyone can be charged with insurrection, rebellion, or a coup, either, however, I do believe that indicting for "Conspiracy to Defraud the United States" 18 U.S.C. § 371 would be applicable to all those involved in the hoax and that Brennan, Comey, Clapper, McCabe, and perhaps some others can be held liable for perjury. This case should be investigated and prosecuted via the RICO Act.

There’s a slight detail that’s missing. When the left stated Trump encouraged his supporters to overthrow the government on January 6th, it was for him to take power from his successor. In Obama’s case, I believe evidence will show there definitely were foreign beneficiaries - the list of groups working with foreign governments to bring down the US has been known for decades. Of all the wars, maxi- and mini-, the US has spent blood and money on, Congress has declared none since 1941.
Perhaps for criminal acts that occurred after Trump's inauguration, but until then, it was Obama's administration and I'm not convinced that the commander in chief can commit insurrection or rebellion against itself. It can certainly come from within government, as in a military coup to depose the chief, but how does POTUS commit a coup upon itself?
There’s a slight detail that’s missing. When the left stated Trump encouraged his supporters to overthrow the government on January 6th, it was for him to take power from his successor. In Obama’s case, I believe evidence will show there definitely were foreign beneficiaries - the list of groups working with foreign governments to bring down the US has been known for decades. Is it tricky- absolutely, but a deft hand could prove this.

I've seen him in numerous interviews for 45 yrs and he's always asked this question: do you think you'll ever run for president of U.S.? He always has said no "it's a very mean life." In 2016 white hats gave a dinner in his honor and asked him again to run for president. When he found out what was really going on behind the scenes, that's when he said YES. I saw a video of them giving him this dinner. There is a coalition of at least 35 countries, probably more now, with their militaries all working together around the world to defeat the globalists and their various entities, i.e. communists, Ashkenazis in deep state, wealthy billionaires, pedophile satanists and other groups. They have been busy arresting criminals in deep state for years. Gitmo prison got so full they had to start putting those arrested on military ships at sea and also several other prisons around the world. This man knows what's going on and shows us military flight paths going to Gitmo and other places of interest. I would agree that RussiaGate was mostly ignored by the MSM, but that there was no shortage of keeping the spotlight on the idea from the alternative media. The MSM tends to be a better differentiator for determining the boundaries of the "official narrative", which was stunningly consistent during the Plandemic.
