I am the biggest hater of war that I personally know of. I detest every war America has been involved in except, perhaps, the Revolutionary War. Even then I question if war is necessary. All conflicts can and should be resolved by communicating and if both parties would communicate they could resolve the conflict. But they don't, or, at least one side doesn't. Most wars are about money and make a few elite very wealthy while devastating the wealth and viability of the innocent. All war is evil.
That being said, there is going to come a point in our society where the little people are going to have to rise up against the elite and pull it all down. I don't know when it will happen. I don't know what the catalyst will be to cause it to happen but it will happen. It has to. It can't continue on like this in perpetuity. In this case, I believe war is necessary.

When they start arresting people for committing criminal acts - from assault and vandalism to creating a public disturbance - you just let me know. Most of what I've seen is impunity for such acts. Heck, the DA in Portland presumptively declined to prosecute any arrested riots back in 2020. This was the official, stated policy of his office! I don't think a little bit of actual law enforcement is going to leave the Constitution in tatters. It might even - if the arrests are made without regard to political affiliation - restore a little bit of faith in the system.

Every taxpayer that owns property will soon get a rude awakening if they are not paying attention. With runaway inflation, we have runaway property taxes.
Property tax is the government's way of ensuring that we DO NOT AND NEVER WILL OWN PROPERTY. Americans make me laugh. They think they are free. They think they own their land. Try not sending that property tax check to the County every year and they will quickly see who truly owns the land they live on.
I paid off my mortgage years ago and I still have to pay the government for land and a house that paid for with money I earned. I pisses me off to no end, but if I don't pay, the County puts a lien on the property. If I still don't pay the back tax and the added penalties they County can sell the lien to a private investor who then pays the taxes and penalties and can then come after me for the balance and even foreclose on property I own. I am the biggest hater of war that I personally know of. I detest every war America has been involved in except, perhaps, the Revolutionary War. Even then I question if war is necessary. All conflicts can and should be resolved by communicating and if both parties would communicate they could resolve the conflict. But they don't, or, at least one side doesn't. Most wars are about money and make a few elite very wealthy while devastating the wealth and viability of the innocent. All war is evil.
That being said, there is going to come a point in our society where the little people are going to have to rise up against the elite and pull it all down. I don't know when it will happen. It was a calculation that worked militarily, but certainly damned their souls. In the late conflict, the blood is on the hands of the northern war criminals, not Southerners.

If I still don't pay the back tax and the added penalties they County can sell the lien to a private investor who then pays the taxes and penalties and can then come after me for the balance and even foreclose on property I own.
