Mike I wasn’t referring to the treason statue I was referring to the conspiracy statute. The easy pathway to hold those accountable so a jury can understand the evidence is doing a conspiracy on defrauding the public of election interference. The known evidence to date and the logical investigative leads is the pathway for holding those accountable

Excellent interview Jim. You posed most every question to John that I could have ever have thought of. Given the subject matter here. Enjoy your group interviews but sometimes I think you do not get enough time for your points of view.

What five year limitation? And if so, what can be done tout d' suite to change that limitation?

Under the conspiracy statute the conspiracy statute of limitation begins with the last overt act of the conspiracy. In the Russiangate case the last overt act occurred in 2024 so the government has five years to investigate those involved and charge them through 2029.

Too incoherent for me to follow. For example, goes from investigating Antifa to prosecuting them - without ever mentioning what CRIMES they could be charged with? Same with funding protests - what LAW is VIOLATED by funding protests?

Many Federal statutes could be applied depending on the crime aiding and abetting, arson, inciting civil disorder. Funding protesters depends on where the $ came from

Crimes committed by " so-called leaders" have a statute of limitation for only 5 years??? Yet a municipal unpaid parking citation NEVER goes off your record??? WTF ???

For the crime of conspiracy the statute of limitation is 5 years however if it’s a continuing conspiracy where numerous overt acts occurred the statute is in play until the last overt act of a conspiracy ends. Example we routinely indict the leadership of drug cartels on a continuing drug conspiracy charges from origins of the conspiratorial agreement until the last overt act (distribution of drugs) ten year later. Murder and other criminal statues have no statute of limitation's. Traffic tickets are civil not criminal and are administrative.
