It's got that no-one-can-hear-you-scream vibe.

That building's creepy

"Have You Seen Of The Most Frightening Building In Caracas? It's Called El Helecoide. Numerous Reports Of Torture And Murder Have Been Documented Inside It, Yet Maduro's Fans In America Deny Them All. They Deny His Atrocities Because To Admit Them Is To Risk Being Called A 'Coup Simp,' Or Worse. A New Hashtag Is Going Around: #AskAVenezuelan. But American Progressives Prefer To Insult Them" -- Celia Farber

Maduro appears to have more fans here in the USA than he ever had In Venezuela. None of them Venezuelan. Just home grown brain dead commies that have never experienced communism.

Funny how it’s the same people marching against “kings” here in the USA. Useful idiots at best. Paid protestors to make a stupid and dishonest idea look popular.

I wonder if they inject the victims with mRNA shots.

The people must comply!

How about adding-resistance is futile and you will be assimilated!

Inside the building, probably…..outside definitely.

I think even if we didn't know what that building is, one can sense the evil emanating from it.

It's the complete opposite of the Pentagon.

Why is there a fat, overweight, wannabe Jabba the Hut Dalek that looks like a building, in Caracas?

I was thinking of a squashed R2D2.

Well, one could leave as is, all the cages in tact, torture rooms ready to go, and we could sell tickets to the AWFLS, they could fly down and sent for 5 days of “therapy” after which they would be flown back to their castrated husbands. It would be a Skinner Box kid of evolution. Nature or Nurture? It worked out fine in Trading Places!!

I never knew Caracas was so intensely three-dimensional!

Ugly and evil but not near as such as the Chicago digitized memory altar to the Marxist Presidente.

Looks like a shithole to me.

Fascinating story AND construction site!

I am always flabbergasted with your research, knowledge and tireless dedication to your profession…..and probably your love for “writing” ! Thank you very much!

If I remember correctly, the torture room in Terry Gilliam's film "Brazil" (loosely based on Orwell's "1984") was a dome much like this one.

Looks like Tony Stark’s crib!

What’s pretty amazing is that no major building or public works project has been built in Vzla since — Marcos Perez Jimenez in the 1950’s. No major highway, nothing.

Maduro is taken out in an attempt to preserve the petroleum dollar! You better buy some gold, people!

Isn't that just a replica of Jaba's ship?

Love is. Architecture reuse at its highest. Great research/writing.
