This analysis and evisceration of the left is brought to you by a legal immigrant who came, saw-right-through, and blew-up their madness:

"Not long after I came to America, I was exposed to the narrative that the Democrat Party was the party of the little guy and the only party with genuine care and compassion for the average American. Fortunately, because I grew up under a dictatorship, I could not be easily fooled by socioeconomic shackles masquerading as compassionate public policy. The truth is there is no compassion like Democrat compassion. It is the kind of compassion that lets people shoot illicit drugs into their body with the government's assistance. It is the kind of compassion that sees assisted suicide as a moral virtue.

Democrat compassion is the kind of compassion that lets you rob the innocent in hardworking businesses in your neighborhood and walk out with impunity with no fear of prosecution.

Democrat compassion is the kind of compassion that tells vulnerable women it is their right to abort and sacrifice their unborn children on the perverted altar of female empowerment and convenience. Democrat compassion is the kind of compassion that tells children they were born in the wrong body and encourages and subsidizes their mutilation. Democrat compassion is the kind of compassion that lets boys unfairly compete against girls and take their records, their opportunities, and their scholarships, and invade their private spaces turning back decades of hard-fought gains.

Democrat compassion is the kind of compassion that allows homeless people to defecate on sidewalks and sleep in tents in public parks while watching them as they abuse drugs and suffer through mental illness.

Democrat compassion is the kind of compassion that tells independent contractors that they don't have the right to choose how and when they work, in the name of protecting them from big bad corporations.

It is the kind of compassion that raises the minimum wage by government fiat and takes the earnings of fast food workers from $15 an hour to zero in a single day.

Democrat compassion is a kind of compassion that restricts the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens, leaving them vulnerable to the criminals their compassion let out of prison with their no-bail policies.

Democrat compassion is the kind that secures the borders of Ukraine and leaves the American border wide open, allowing un-vetted illegal immigrants to wreak havoc on small towns and big cities alike and allowing drug cartels to kill 100,000 Americans each year with the poison of fentanyl.

This compassion is the kind of compassion that forces millions of Americans to close their businesses and to take experimental vaccines under the threat of losing their jobs and their livelihood.

It is the kind of compassion that praises Antifa as freedom fighters and raids the homes of pastors and churchgoers at dawn because they protested at the doors of abortion clinics.

Democrat compassion is the kind that weaponizes the justice system against political opponents while claiming to be defenders of democracy.

Democrat compassion is the kind of compassion that colludes with social media companies to censor Americans and limit their constitutional freedoms.

Democrat compassion is the kind that tells minorities they cannot succeed without government handouts and without having the standards lowered for them.

It is the kind of compassion that tells black people they're too dumb to obtain IDs to vote but if they manage to do that they're not black if they don't vote Democrat.

I think America has had it with Democrat compassion. It has destroyed one's beautiful cities, left poverty and economic devastation in its wake everywhere it's been applied, and created a generation of voters so bereft of critical thinking skills that they so easily fall prey to a profound level of cunning and cynicism that enables them to vote 'blue no matter who' against their own interests.

As an immigrant and a new American voter I promise you this: I would much rather endure the uncertainty and the often difficult realities of life under the pragmatic principles of conservatism than bend one inch to the depravity of morally bankrupt policies cloaked in the robes of compassion but designed to keep Americans mentally subjugated, economically shackled, and emotionally weak.

We have to defeat Democrat compassion at the polls because our beloved country cannot endure four more years of this nightmare."

This was a darn good list... but I have warned Tritorch not to publish his blog right under my blog. This is a comment section, not a platform for bloggers. Others (e.g. "Skillington") take notice.)

Gary Edwards's avatar

Agreed completely. A snip and a link maybe, but when the comment is longer than the post (ish), that's a problem.

TriTorch's avatar

It was a reply to this:

“. . . there is no saving the Left. Whatever happens to them, it will have to happen without people like you or me trying to get them to return to any place of sanity.” — Sasha Stone on Substack

Not meant as a blog post, but rather a highly relevant compliment to Sasha's insight.

Lugh's avatar

Now do one about how there is no saving the Right. Neither can exist without the other after all. By definition, all viable societies exist with both individualist and communal aspects. Any attempt by either side to become the all in all results in collapse. Libertarianism is a mind virus every bit as much as Communism.

Cankerpuss's avatar

Some "comments" are obviously brilliantly thought out and written over a longer period of time before being posted. If it were my blog, I'd be pissing razor blades.

TriTorch's avatar

Please read the very first sentence of the comment. It was written and orated by a legal immigrant who jumped through all of the hoops needed to move here honorably. From there it was transcribed and posted as a comment in numerous places so others could see through the democratic party just as the immigrant did with his unique foreign perspective.

There was no ill intention here whatsoever, and Mr. Kuntsler's concerns have been duly noted and replied to privately.

Democrat "compassion" is nothing more than their fervent wish to establish a Fascist/Communist/Socialist dictatorship in America. The sad part is that millions of parasitic, stupid, brainwashed leftist scumbag morons will vote for them. And here is the real sad irony of it:. As soon as the Democrat scum elite achieves dictatorial power, they will get about the task of killing anyone who dared or dares to oppose them, but heading to the death camps right after that will be all of the non-productive leftist morons who voted them into power. You see, the Socialist "utopia" is actually a slave state run by a Socialist dictatorial elite who forces their subjects to work for pitiful wages and use those pitiful wages to shop in mostly empty stores for crappy products and half-spoiled food. And, anyone who complains about the work, the awful working conditions, crappy products (or no products), the low pay, or how the government can't seem to manage anything gets sent to the re-education (death) camps.

I have no use for leftist parasites any longer. They are a cancer, and if every single one of them disappeared forever from this planet tomorrow, I would not shed a single tear. They no longer serve any useful purpose--all they cause is harm, suffering, and death.

"If you surrender everything to the government and give it total power to plan the whole economy, this will not guarantee your economic security, but it will guarantee the descent of the entire nation to a level of miserable poverty--as the practical results of every totalitarian economy, communist or fascist, have demonstrated." -Ayn Rand

John Locke struggled with issue of child labor. He finally assented to it since they were individuals too, and thus could not be denied their "right to work". Capitalist stupidity. Now see the UN's manifesto "The Rights of Children". Both sides work together against sanity and humanity. The Capitalists mutilated children by "letting" them work long hours until they fell asleep and fell into the machines. The Left now mutilates children by abortion and sex change.

But at least the early Left, still under the influence of Christianity, stopped the Capitalists from working children to death. Now the Right, those still under the influence of Christianity, have to stop the Left from killing kids.

Lugh's avatar

The Fascists and Communists hate each other since the former is a philosophy (or thee philosophy) of nationalism whereas Communism and Capitalism are anti-Nation. You need to try harder.

Freedom 4 conservatives's avatar

As so often happens, you get it wrong. Both Communism and Fascism are quite nationalistic. The common bond between them is Socialism--the idea that the means of production must either be fully owned (Communism) or under total control (Fascism) of the central government. Every other construct of either Communism or Fascism is built on that economic structure. And both Communism and Fascism require a central government strong enough to enforce its rules upon the citizenry--an actual or de facto dictatorship.

Capitalism is the least nationalistic of economic orders. Capitalism as both an economic and political system is based on individual rights. If there is a "sin" of free market capitalism it is that some less than moral capitalists would rather be "corporatists"--that is, curry favor from politicians to gain regulatory advantages over their competitors. And there are immoral politicians willing to use their political power to grant those advantages. Republican politicians were historically guilty of some of those abuses, but it has been Democrat politicians who have raised those abuses to a high art. That group now dominates the Fascist/Socialist wing of the Democrat Party that is now openly sparring with the Communist/Socialist wing of the Democrat Party. Their only unifying characteristics are that they both love Socialism and dictatorial power, and that they both hate conservatives, capitalism, and the American Constitutional Republic.

I live in a small town in the suburbs of NYC, aka the "Commie Caliphate Corridor" and we are trying to get the local Dems to own their own people and platforms.

By that I mean, use the Rules for Radicals playbook for local political races.

We are demanding that every Democrat candidate for LOCAL office-including town board, town supervisor, county legislators et al. put out a statement renouncing and denouncing the platform of the Democratic -Socialists who have taken over that party.

Last year, because the Republicans are so absolutely clueless, we lost many MAGA positions in local elections. The Democrats are shrewd, cunning and they never stop working. They are totally loyal to one another and will never criticize another Dem-Soc even if they are an actual N**i like Mr. Plattner. Never forget that they want to see us dead.

At all costs, we need to get rid of the Buck-tooth Bimbo from Buffalo, aka Kathy Hochul and every other politician that bends over for the Democrat-Commie-Socialists. That includes our own neighbors who seem like really nice people except for the fact that they hate Trump, MAGA and the rest of us. Ain't gonna happen. It's well past time for people to start thinking differently and cast down the failed political party system.

Dictatorial Compassion is the Fraud it’s the same rode to Perdition.

The Democrats Party of Slavery is still the same we want to control you and you are going to do as we tell you to do plantations. They simply moved from the Plantations to the big cities like Bank Robbers, it’s where the money is!

When you’re a slave to the Party either mentally or economically you’re not free. Just the way they want you.

TriTorch's avatar

During conventional slavery, the slave owner had to incur all costs including housing, health care, food, cleaning of the slave quarters, clothing, birthing of the child slaves, raising the child slaves, transportation of the slaves back and forth from work, celebrations, clean up after a natural disaster, slave entertainment, schooling of the new slave children to be good slaves etc etc. A slave owner's profit was always revenue minus expenses, no different than any business. The big trick was to tell the slaves that they were free, let them pay all those expenses, allow them to come back to the plantations and then to tax them in order to actually make more profit compared to the original slavery concept, with little to no chance of rebellion or resistance.

All taxation is meant to increase a slave's dependence on their slavery, as the people taking the tax away from the slaves print the money themselves and therefore don't have any use for it. Taxation is about keeping the slave down. That's it. Taxation has one purpose and one purpose only.

To make the slave dependent on coming back to the modern plantations of slavery, day in and day out. If the slave starts to save their money, give them a TV full of negative role modelling and watch the slave magically go into debt. If the slave still has money, organize a stock market crash or increases the taxes (theft). The people who print the money, have no use for extra fake paper money, which they can print at anytime and in any quantity they desire. The entire drive of the tax system is to make sure the slave has no extra money, as to provide them with enough freedom to figure any of this out. Slavery wasn't abolished, the plantation was simply expanded and they mock us inside the language. Everyone was tricked into becoming a slave, while believing they're free.

Cankerpuss's avatar

Well said. Taxation is evil.

If it is wrong for us to steal from our neighbors than why is it okay for the government to do it? If the government is OF the people then the government should be subject to the same rules the people are. If I can't steal from my neighbors and call it a "tax" then why can the government? In reality, it can't.

The authority of the created cannot and should not exceed the authority of the creator. The federal government is the creation of we the people and it can engage in conduct and behavior that is illegal to we the people. The federal government as it currently exists is immoral and illegitimate and should be cast down, trodden under foot, and utterly destroyed.

Instead we celebrate it with chants of "freedom!"

Americans aren't free. Try not paying your property taxes and you'll see just how free you truly are. The gubmint owns everything. You just rentin it.

Enjoy your "freedom" this 4th of July.

Lugh's avatar

James: As I'm sure you're well aware, travel an hour north of where you live and it's another world. July 4th in New York's North Country is a throwback to a different America: pickup trucks draped in Old Glory, small-town parades, and a palpable sense of civic pride. It isn't performative patriotism. It is simply how people live.

People up here are civil, mind their own business, and are genuinely kind and friendly to one another. A transplant from one of the country's more ideologically progressive urban enclaves would likely find the atmosphere almost foreign. The America many of us grew up knowing still exists. It survives in quiet, scattered pockets that have thus far resisted the cultural currents reshaping much of the nation's cities and coasts.

Should any would-be agitators venture that far north, "They'll never make it to the parish line" as the local said to the sheriff in Easy Rider (the diner scene when Nicholson, Fonda and Hopper exit the diner as they wouldn't serve them).

Having spent most of my life amid the suburban bustle of the New York metropolitan area, living in the mountains about seventy miles north of you, as the crow flies, has given me a perspective on our country that I never fully appreciated before. Life in a small Adirondack hamlet has become something of a sanctuary, despite its location within the boundaries of a deep-blue state.

As I linger beside the brook near my home, beneath a leafy canopy and surrounded by a forest teeming with wildlife, the noise of political rancor and the bitter taste of division gradually fade away. Indeed, I often find my thoughts returning to Psalm 63 while contemplating the advance of leftist evil upon our civilization:

O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.

My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.

Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.

My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.

But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.

They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.

But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.

Think of the one sided changes we are seeing. Slightly increasing sea levels, droughts, flooding, catastrophic earthquakes, El Niño, now look back and find out that things are changing for the last 20 years or so.

Cause and correlation. Why?

The Deep State has been increasing its power structure for twenty years, so maybe it is causing earthquakes, or drought? Correlation?

Phoenix has grown into a megapolis over the past 20 years, so maybe it has caused El Niño to increase? Correlation?

The advent of the EV society has caused the increase in CO2 and methane that is causing global warming? Correlation?

The bottom line is that we do not know much of anything.

In the '70s and '80s, Rolling Thunder, an American Indian shaman, and other international shamans were supposed to be working on astral plane to try to keep the tectonic plates from slipping and preventing San Francisco from sliding into the ocean. It was also said that RT refused to go to LA because it was so putridly evil on a spirtual level.

I don’t want to see that happen. God forbid an Earthquake happens I hope that all the people get to safe locations!

I believe their Political Party is nothing but Scum Marxist Thief’s and they are economically corrupt and destroying the Golden State.

But to wish our fellow Americans who live there, yes even the dimwits to perish in an environmental disaster is Unacceptable!

Any movement around NYC or Chicago. It is sad that the elimination of the four would drastically improve the quality of life in the USA.

San Francisco was one of the cities God told Henry Gruver not to pray for. I think LA and Seattle were two others. He would travel to different states and countries and walk the cities and pray for them.

It's All They've Got Now! Hell yah.

And not much else left on the planet except the brilliance of this article and TriTorch's comment below.

Happy Independence Day. Smoke em if you got em.

“The party has nothing left but chaos and, in the weeks ahead, anything that might be disrupted probably will be.” 😂😂 Ah, some prescient words - the most radical element of the Dem Party is about to clusterfuck the somewhat less radical wing of the party, while the handful of Dems retaining some intellectual acuity realize the party has imploded and they seek refuge with either independents or Republicans.

While it’s impossible to predict exactly how this debacle will unfold, one thing is certain - it will be chaotic and bloody (figuratively, I hope) as the DSA attempts to swallow the Democratic Party, remaking it as the most radical political party in the history of the USA 🇺🇸. Get your popcorn ready and prepare for millions of former Democrats to take the red pill and join the Republican Party.

No matter what proof is presented, many are set on the path of ignoring reality, even when their belief system is challenged by what they see and hear.

First and foremost, Trump is a liar as far as they are concerned, and no amount of proof showing he was the target of several long-standing media propaganda campaigns to cast a narrative showing him in a light of extreme corruption and criminality.

Case and point...

I’m not going to hold my breath albeit I hope you’re right.

Most Democrats I know double down on stupid than to admit they have been wrong and blindly believing they have been lied to and manipulated.

Pride comes before the fall!

And quite likely to strengthen the Uniparty.

Unfortunately, Sasha is correct. I work in Washington State and see and hear the hopelessly brainwashed spewing their hateful nonsense everyday. Those with any functioning gray matter left are too proud to admit they were duped. If you tell them Trump supports breathing, they'll hold their breath till they pass out.

Hiding out and trembling in fear is EXACTLY what they want from you. And the very definition of terrorism. Where I live, open carry is the thing and when BLM and Antifa showed up, they were politely invited to enjoy their day by the hundreds of packing citizens of our town that turned out and not a single window was broken. They skulked off quietly after a few non productive hours of sign waving. If I die living my life, so be it. Hopefully, I'll take a few of 'em down with me on my way.

I attended the No Kings rally and nobody I saw was packing and it was completely peaceful. I will agree that the liberal local politicians struggle in western Washington but to act like civil unrest is all they want is simply exaggerated BS.

Just like everyone saying that Covid was their opportunity to completely control everything...but guess what? As soon as the vaccines started working and the pandemic subsided...these "liberal" politicians all pushed to reopen everything and get things back to normal.

Fear and trembling is what you spread when you make the Left to be monsters waiting to devour our nation.

I was GOP for 30 years...and call out the RW brainwashing which certainly looks like it's working on you.

Mothertrucker's avatar

Vaccines started working? They’d roll out a booster and out pops a variant. Another booster for that variant that had already morphed into another, thus begetting another booster for that. And how many people took all these boosters got Covid multiple times? Funny that. Madness.

God Help Us, James! You really got the target in the cross hairs… all so pathetically true. Only a miracle can help, but I think we are up for one! And it is gonna be a biggie!

I would be discretely armed, if you’re not normally, and frosty as hell on 4 July if you are going to be near large crowds. White boy summer is upon us.

Be brave.

And perhaps we can even stretch our imaginations further into this century, where, having begun with the Carrington Event in 1859, the earth’s magnetic field is weakening, it’s magnetic poles are migrating and the sun is getting ready to micronova again, as it does every 6,000 years, sometime during this century. Theorists indicate by 2050. We’ll see.

Regarding earthquakes around the world, at least the USGS still has a website.

I'm truly surprised that the hate-mongers haven't blamed the Ring of Fire's latest quaking on President Trump. But, France is blaming him for their present heatwave, so all is not lost.

Bless his optimism, but Jim has been telling us for years that indictments of all the blue party criminals are imminent. Nothing has ever happened, and it certainly won’t now. If there ever was any hope of justice, it has been neutralized as Trump has blown his popular support and political capital by blundering into this stupid war with Iran. He’s clearly more committed to kitschy ambitions like a gold-plated White House Ballroom and plastering his mug on passports and a souvenir $250 bill.

Even if such indictments were made at this point, it would be child’s play for Democrat attorneys and judges to delay any action until the 2028 elections when Dems will likely control three branches of government, and will undo within a week anything and everything Trump did or got started.

Americans are soon to be neck deep in personal financial disaster, “unaffordability,” and unemployment, and will have no interest in pursuing anyone for crimes far beyond their horizon of memory. Their concern will be throwing support behind UBI and promises from Dems about more generous rationing coupons for gasoline, heating oil, and electricity.

Do you think the answer to why nothing happens is because it's a bunch of BS passed around like facts on websites and shows like these? You can claim anything you want...it's just the damn facts that you have to get by.

It's not rocket science.
