The rampant fraud - from the local level on up - needs to be reined in. Only when individuals start being held accountable for their actions will the world return to some semblance of normalcy.

JDaveF's avatar

Well, Lindsay Clancy is being held accountable, and that's a good start...

UncleBob9's avatar

Sure, JDaveF. Lindsay Clancy is being held accountable. And I am Green Lantern of Sector 2814. She'll walk, I mean roll out of that courthouse a free woman despite murdering her kids because that's how fucked people's thinking is. We mustn't punish her because she lost her kids! And she has mental health issues, the poor dear!

JDaveF's avatar

Some people need "S-A-R-C-A-S-M" spelled out for them.

David "JC" Penny's avatar

Well.... you have to admit that there are some here that would think your comment was prima facie truth. Even I thought to go see if the AWFL(s) on the jury had been sent packing but that should have happened during the voir dire questioning phase.

UncleBob9's avatar

You can't dismiss women from a jury in the People's Republic of Taxachusetts without risking riots and endless appearances by the sanctimonious [name your favorite network anchor or reporter] on tv for the next 60 days.

MarshaLouise's avatar

Clancy has the same disease every transgender person has, just a slight variation. We call it mental illness or possessed but it is very dangerous and needs to be treated as such. Society must stop accommodating those people.

Cankerpuss's avatar

I like your statement, Lisa, but you know and I know and everyone else here at CFN knows that individuals will NOT start being held accountable for their actions. The US Government, for all intents and purposes, can no longer govern. It has become too bogged down in lawsuits from rogue attorneys like Norm Eisen and rogue judges who do nothing but obstruct the ability of those duly elected officials to actually govern. The other problem is there aren't any statesmen anymore. We have no real leaders anymore and anyone who tries, like Mr. Trump, are bogged down in lawfare and unable to govern. The US is a leaderless and rudderless ship. The only thing it can accomplish anymore is making war against sad-sack shithole countries like Iran, and, given the fact that we are still fucking around over there, the US Government can't even win the wars it starts. They can't pass and maintain a budget. They can't stop spending. They can't do a single goddamned thing that actually benefits the taxpaying suckers living here.

Buckle up. It's going to get bumpy as the debt grows, the money printing continues and nobody makes any efforts to correct it.

The captured Media is the ace in the hole for the Democrats. I agree with everything you wrote except the Media will never allow the destruction of the Democrat Party. The American public is so dumbed down that they will believe anything they see or hear on the national airwaves. If all you wrote occurs, Trump will be portrayed as Hitler and will be impeached and removed from office. Most Republican politicians will not oppose such a move. Public response to government authoritarianism during Covid confirmed we are a nation of sheep. I hope I am wrong.

George Dudman's avatar

Sooner or later the battered wife has to realize it is not her that is the A..Hole. Now that they are losing their funding piece by piece and the Cuban, Venezuelan and Iranian operations are being dismantled the enemy is on the run. You can’t influence an election when you are saving your a**

By end of October we will see if it is Trick or Treat. I am betting on God is with us.

You’re certainly right about what the Covid op proved concerning the general population. As far as the rest goes, we shall see. May that hope come true.

"...they will believe anything they see or hear..." ~ Doohmax

Yes, 50% of American adults read below a 6th Grade reading level, thanks to immigration and our Public Skool System, so we're down to what people can "see or hear".

Here's a headscratcher, why is TikTok close captioned? It's viewing audience is primarily those who read below a 6th Grade level anyway.

David "JC" Penny's avatar

"...why is TikTok close captioned?" Could be that many of the vids feature ebonics?

James’s warning is that an invocation of the Insurrection Act, however lawfully compelled by electoral disorder, would be advertised by Trump’s adversaries as the coronation of an autocrat. From there, agitation could mature into state-sponsored defiance of a legitimate national result. We have conducted this experiment before. The states that mistook political disappointment for a warrant to abandon the Union discovered, at catastrophic cost, that constitutional government cannot survive if every defeated faction reserves the privilege of nullification. Should that conceit reappear, it must be defeated decisively and followed by a genuine constitutional reconstruction, one sufficiently thorough to reestablish the supremacy of law and discourage future politicians from confusing electoral defeat with a license for rebellion.

Here here!! So true. 👍🏻

Have you noticed that with USAID and SPLC shut down there were no riots this summer? Trump is cutting off billions in Dem funding. More power to him.

As a programmer, I can see that it's mostly theater. If I had access to the voting systems, and dem party operatives clearly do, I could turn any election in to a landslide for the prescribed candidate.

Until something is done about electronic voting, the fraud will continue unabated.

David "JC" Penny's avatar

And as dirty as coding is these days, it's not all that hard to embed a couple of methods (subroutines) to affect the changes required. Electronic voting is fine, as long as they spend the time and effort to write twice as many lines to do val/ver of the results.

MikeinFL's avatar

Also worked 35 years in tech and agree that the machines "counting" the votes are a problem, but a bigger problem is the mailing of ballots which are sent out to ineligible addresses such as parking lots, businesses, college dorms where the "student" has been housed for 10+ years, etc. The Ngo's pay people to collect them for later use and voila they have another surprise winner. See LA Mayor as the most recent in your face cheat. A lot of this is documented by Jay Valentine (developer of Ebay fraud detection). He has a substack called Omega4america. If they can at least get the postal service to stop delivering to all the invalid addresses, it might make a big enough dent in their chicanery.

This can has been kicked down the road for too long. The time to end this is now, or never. We owe it to our children and grandchildren, and to our ancestors who faced down a half dozen near-death experiences for America.

Mrs. SOB's avatar

Thank you for the clear and present warning. The treat at the end of it... the end of the Democrat Party almost blinds me to the horrific fight it will be but that treat may make it all worthwhile. Except then making it past what the Destructocrats would roll into its place does give pause.

Happy Friday! Long live America and our indefatigable President Trump!🗽🇺🇲🦅

Te Burt's avatar

Except there will be somebody to take his place, another jumped-up nutter with no conscience. I don't have a solution either, and humiliation doesn't really work with those folks. Actually, the only solution is wholesale arrests for treason which puts all of it under military tribunals.

Why just politics, WW?

mitchell delmar's avatar

There are many past quotes that seem apt for this period of political sea change we’re experiencing, but Robert Frost perfectly captured the American spirit of determination with, “The best way out is always through.”

Stay the course, America. We got this.

LeftyMudersbach's avatar

I’m no lawyer so it’s just an educated guess: could the democrats be charged under the RICO statute? Sure seems like a criminal conspiracy enterprise to me. USAID, ngo’s, lawfare, etc.

William Wallace's avatar

The reason the nationwide criminal enterprise known as the Democrat Party isn’t prosecuted you would also have to arrest the Republicans who have learned to love the Taxpayer Enrichment Grift just as much as their opponents, the money’s too good.

LeftyMudersbach's avatar

True. The lesser of two evils phrasing comes to mind. Neither party seems to place America and its citizens as #1, but rather nuisances to be managed and manipulated..

Rick's avatar

There's a Grand Jury hearing regarding RICO taking place for nearly 2 years in Florida with an honest Judge. Eileen Canon I believe. She was the one who smacked down Jack Smith and sent him packing!

MarshaLouise's avatar

I have a lot of faith in that and its outcome.

John A. Lucas's avatar

James, excellent points, but one correction: in 1957 President Eisenhower sent the 101st Airborne, not the 82d, to Little Rock to enforce the federal court’s desegregation order. I remember it well. I also remember that one of the protesters was reluctant/slow to obey an order from a 101st trooper to move along, and was bayoneted (in the arm) to motivate his immediate compliance.

Danimal28's avatar

If I may add, James... Our 'western allies' are broke and Trump is forcing this truth by upsetting the corrupt globalist banking cartels so they are drooling over a WW3 which, in their minds, is the only way out of a reckoning. I believe this would include internal destabilization of the U.S.

Put nothing past the globalist cartels. Heck, I trust drug cartels more than the broke bankers as they used the only liquid dollars - drug money - during the 2008 crisis.

I always interpreted DEM declarations of "our democracy" to be "our regime" every time. Nothing short of a dictatorship will satisfy those people, much as they decry it. There are too many Democrats - perfectly sane (if misinformed), genuine, good-intentioned citizens who will not abandon "tradition," "we've always voted Democrat," and fear ("What will people think?" I admit to being one of those people who doesn't give a damn about what people think about me.) After all these decades of mind-f**king, a % of that population is always going to exist. I don't know if that's a result-changing number. Given the last election, I'd say it represents no more than 30-35% of the population, and I'm hoping a LOT less. I hate to think that many Americans are that dumb and blind. Personally, DEMs are a pack of spoiled brats, so the only avenue is restrictions that don't allow anything but law to operate - declare the insurrection or martial law or whatever it takes, literally destroy ALL the voting machines, have every paper ballot watermarked and bar coded (and anything else that would protect it) and park the NG AND the military AND the police at every major voting location. Here in S. GA we won't have a problem; this is Trump country, and I've only met a couple of DEMs. (Most won't admit to it, and NONE will discuss why DEM or their TDS.) It's places like Atlanta, Minneapolis, NYC (what a dump!), LA, Chicago, Philly - you know the list -- that you gotta worry about.
