My 1st thought as reading this tome of truth was...every chat and comment section I frequent will be referred to this concise document.
My 2nd thought was 'it's as if JHK birthed a big, beautiful baby...glad he pushed this one out'. We appreciate your labor, man!
This audience knows lots of the facts in this article, but JHK pulls everything together and gives it a recognizable form with articulating parts.
Maybe JHK will be called upon to rewrite the real history of the 20th century . We need all that corrected so it's never repeated. (That'll keep him out of mischief for at least a decade.)
Well said Steve. I will add that most of JHK’s blogs are way too short since they are easy and enjoyable reads. This one, long as it was, never approached the too long category so many Substack writers achieve regularly.
Well said, Steve. We're all fortunate to have crossed paths and landed on JHK's site. It's as if Grandpa is here telling us some truths, and in this case, many truths and brilliant observations.
'Our country was predicated on the resolve of virtuous men operating under the rule of law. We are lately under an astounding siege of villains without principle seeking to wreck the republic' - just on first principles - I think the country was founded with the notion that 'we the people' are the ones who have to keep on eye on those we 'elect' and if such people get out of control, it is up to us to do something about it. Like one of the smart guys said awhile ago, the tragedy is not that a few people get up to really bad stuff, the tragedy is that so many sit at home doing nothing about it. I am sure you understand this.
The Preamble to the 1776 Declaration of Independence establishes the philosophical foundation for the American Revolution, articulating core Age of Enlightenment ideals, including the People's Right to Revolution: When a government becomes destructive, the people have both the right and duty to alter or abolish it and establish a new one. The Preamble acknowledges that prudence discourages change for trivial reasons, but justifies revolution in the face of a long train of abuses, aimed at establishing government despotism.
Correct, Dave Patterson. The government, our government is a creation of us, the people. Therefore we are the creators of this government and are responsible to maintain and take care of it. We the people have failed to do so. As such the created has exceeded the authority of the creator and things are totally effed up, if you will. The created cannot and should not exceed the authority of the creator. Our government engages in all kinds of acts that we the people, the creators, cannot engage in. For example, we cannot steal from our neighbors and give that money that we stole to another. If we were to do so, we would be arrested and punished. So why can our government do this?
The people have failed to control their government.
Ultimately, it is our failure to control our creation which will (likely) seal our horrible fate. The failure of which will mostly fall to our descendants.
Distraction and apathy are the death of a Republic.
Good point. Most people, like myself, would love to do something about it rather than bitch and moan on blogs like this one. But, what do we do?
Vote? The whole system is corrupted beyond repair and TPTB have no desire to fix or change it. Our votes are meaningless.
Write your representative? Congress critters don't represent their districts or their constituents. They represent their campaign contributors and special interests. They do as they are told by their party's respective bosses.
Take up my gun and storm the capitol? Look what they did to the people at the J-6 rally who simply walked into the national capitol (the peoples' capitol, by the way) when the doors were opened by capitol security. I'm not going risk perpetual imprisonment.
Not pay my taxes? And lose everything I have worked hard to acquire as well as my personal freedom? Yeah right.
Watching the blatant misuse of our tax dollars, with NGOs diverting childcare subsidies into private pockets and often pushing left-leaning politics, makes you wonder—why pay taxes at all? The fraud is out of control! The real fix would be to end automatic tax withdrawals from paychecks and have people write a check every quarter. When folks feel the sting of sending that money, they’ll start paying attention. This should be a law at every level—local, county, state, and federal—no more automatic payments!
"The real fix would be to end automatic tax withdrawals from paychecks and have people write a check every quarter. "
Damned straight, Ben. Most American dolts don't even look at the gross pay, they only care on the net pay. If people had to write out a check for thousands each year they might be a little more concerned about where their taxes are going. I believe the withholdings began in the Reagan Administration. Very clever bunch these fuckers are.
Same goes for property taxes. They shouldn't roll the property taxes into the mortgage payment. Most dolts don't know how much their property taxes actually are because they don't pay them. The bank does from the escrow. I paid my mortgage off years ago and I have to send an annual check for thousands for property taxes each year.
Again, absolute truth, but, at least I know how much I am paying. Most dolts do not have a clue. Auto withholdings escrows are designed to keep people unaware.
Collectively we have all the power we need. We outnumber them by orders of magnitude. Individually, we are but martyrs to an old idealism which had been indoctrinated out of us.
I have to give you a BRAVO. 👏 Thank you for such wonderful wrap up of every nuance that has been of upmost significance for a long time. I read your first book THE LONG EMERGENCY when it first came out. Your ideals of small town living was so inspiring. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to live a life where the small communities worked to help each other and knowing your neighbors and friends and the feeling of what life should be like ideally.
I still think the ideal life would be a small town that would make America shine in a way of life that is slower and yet meaningful indeed.
This is an excellent analysis of the state of the U.S. / world, and the forecasts are very plausible. There are difficult times ahead, but they are birth pangs for a much brighter future.
One quibble about the following statement related to our health care system:
"Quackery will flourish and it will be difficult for ordinary people to discern which health care services are of value and which are scams."
Quackery is CURRENTLY flourishing, except most people do not recognize it, since these medical practices have become sanctioned, legally and in people's minds, through medical licensing, "FDA approval", bogus "medical standards of care" and so forth. This process is going to be unwound, as medical orthodoxy goes out the window and people discover what actually works, is beneficial, and is economical. Of course, it won't all happen in a straight line, but this is the overall direction I see.
I look forward to a much brighter future. The way we are living now, a life full of fuckery, lies and debt is not sustainable and we all know we are living lives full of lies. The proof is that everyone is depressed, anxious or otherwise drugged up. We all sense things are wrong and cannot continue like this forever.
I fear the chaos that comes with the transition but I welcome any changes that brings us back to some semblance of reality and simplicity.
Absolutely. The challenge is to keep your spirits up and mind clear during the storm. But it is doable if you don't allow yourself to get too bogged down in the madness. Anyway, that is what I have been working on for the last few years.
No argument from me, Dennis. I am astutely aware of the favorable circumstances to which I was born. I have also lived in Australia for a few years and I know that in that corner of the world you folk have it pretty good as well.
It is for this reason that I hold deep concern to what I witness happening on a daily basis here in the States. I love this country and I love being an American. It is who I am through and through. I know no other.
Not nonsense, Hamas has been shielding themselves with the Gazans for decades as they build up their rocket inventory, then shoot at Israel, then run for cover behind the Palestinian women and kids. Real men, they are. The Israelis knock the hell out of them, then a ceasefire is set in place. Then rinse and repeat.
👍👍Truly awesome work, JHK. This covers an incredibly broad spectrum of issues and it appears that the direction of most predict a common theme for 2026 - CHAOS!! Most issues revolve around the eternal human quest for two primary corrupters - Power and money 💰. I hope you are correct in your assessment that Trump will manage to contain most issues before they devolve into societal chaos, but there are many forces working against him.
It does appear that the threat of radical Islam is now being recognized for what it is - an existential threat for freedom of Western societies. It appears that some states of Europe have been lost, where Islamists have accomplished what Hitler couldn’t and they’ve done it without firing a shot.
Prosecution and incarceration of left wing lunatics will be essential in 2026. I’m less sanguine than you about the likelihood of success in that arena, though I remain hopeful. Thanks for your insights and keep up the great work!
And of course the dominance of a foreign country over our own must be ended. AIPAC must be declared a foreign lobby and any who take money from it must be prosecuted "going forward". And those that took money from it already must be deemed unfit for office. This will end the Republican Party and much of the Democrat Party - both very good things.
You work for Qatar, right Lugh? Trying to distract us from the massive "influence" of the Qataris in American politics and education, by screaming about AIPAC, which has a budget smaller than the American dental lobby.
Also, if we declare AIPAC a foreign entity, we need to do the same for CAIR, La Raza, NAACP, Core, the Somali organization, or any other immigrant promoting group. Where is there a promote Common Culture group in the USA? Where is there a promote Common culture group? Where is there a promote White group? This is all bullshit.
My only fear is that the Author is too optimistic, expecting too much change of a good kind in the space of too few years. Change like his to undo the damage will most likely take longer than the initial corruption.
Suffice it to say, now that the Trump "re-election honeymoon" is over, the real recovery starts now, but you're right. This is going to take years - a decade or more and that's only if we have government that understands that! Right now, we're good. Leadership is as proactive as they can be, given what they're dealing with.
Exactly my thoughts Demeter, way too optimistic. But then again, I tend towards the pessimistic, especially after witnessing the last 20,30,40…. Years or more. Prosecutions are jail terms absolutely have to happen but I see zero signs of that on the horizon. I pray I’m wrong but I doubt that I will be. President Trump is doing a fantastic job with the macro picture but the swamp is way deeper, probably even worse than he imagined. Our so-called representatives and judges are mostly criminals and traitors of the highest order. Where are the prosecutors who are honest, to be found? Certainly not the ones presently in charge.
JHK presents a glass half full perspective. Think about what 2027 will look like if what he forecasts does not happen.
Personally, his predictions as they are present a glass almost empty situation just about everywhere. Look closely at the geopolitical part, no one wins. If Trump has his way, many areas will have a USA favorable result. History shows that does not happen very often. JHK wants a positive result to occur to avoid total collapse. I share his zeal, but am not that optimistic. I think the general downfall in all areas to continue, if not accelerate. The people’s reactions in the major cities scares me as indicators of the nation’s direction.
IMHO, the USA will be used by future historians as the latest failure of socialism. All of today’ socialists will be labeled as the cause of the decline of the USA and not the solution. Just watch NYC.
Several months from now, I will post on here again, about how NOTHING he predicted has come to pass. Zelensky will still be in power several months from now, there will be no revolutions or dramatic changes of power in Western Europe, and Pam Bondi or whoever replaces her will still be making endless appearances on Fox News, talking about arrests of prominent Democrats that have not happened and will not happen. The smart money says that 2026 will be quite similar to 2025. All these big amazing things that he predicts simply will not happen. . .it's all Wishful thinking, a hopeful daydream, nothing more.
That's the problem with Wishful Thinking. As you said "JHK wants things to happen quickly" so he pretends that they will. I don't like fairy tales about things that people WANT to be true: I prefer to live in reality, dealing with things that actually are true.
Saw a meme that said, Pam Bondi has made 109 appearances on Fox but not made one arrest.
109? Is this code? Is Trump trying to tell us something? Things have to get even worse - much worse - before we give Trump the power to make everything better.
"If Trump has his way, many areas will have a USA favorable result."
More war. More $$$$ for the MIC. More debt for everyone!
Folks who have an absolute hatred for the other side of the political aisle ARE THE PROBLEM. Too many of them in Murica. Everyone thinks they can run the ship better than the Captain.
Imagine trying to run a business if 50% of the workforce was doing all they could to fuck up the other 50%.
The PROBLEM with the US is its PEOPLE ~ not its gubmint.
"If you have selfish, ignorant citizens, you're gonna get selfish, ignorant leaders. - George Carlin.
"In America, anyone can become president. That's the problem." - George Carlin.
"Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." - George Carlin.
George Carlin is a comedian, like Zelenskyy. Both of them are a joke. Their opinions are just that, their opinions.
BUT, saying that, you are right, the problem is the people, BUT what people, the people invading the USA under Democratic leadership? Is the character of Joe Average the same today as thirty years ago? Nope. Today’s Joe Average does not have much character.
Well, well, Trump has apprehended Maduro and is bringing him to New York to face charges. So much for the “Trump does nothing” crowd. Khameini is next, the Abraham Accords will follow quickly.
I hope Putin and Z are watching.
Also the SCOTUS.
Ruben Gallegos just identified himself as a drugs supporter using the same old tired war powers arguments. Between him and Kelly, Arizona looks like an insane asylum.
I don't think I said that. I intimated that the need to tailor movies to the Chinese market, plus Chinese investment in movies, has had a baleful influence on the US movie industry.
A footnote to things re: medicine, I've said that human medicine needs to take a lesson from Veterinary medicine - The state of health care for ppl will only improve when there's free competition among practices and the big safe conglomerates are dissolved. Incomes should reflect results, not corporate earnings <-- insurance incentive <-- gov't. intervention (eg. ACA).
I'm from a generation who experienced home doctor visits from local practitioners. Doable.
My medical education was based on sound science taught to the brightest minds and back when the average student was there for more altruistic reasons, not the big paycheck. Now I watch as my profession is losing what we had to follow in the path of human medical system. It's appalling what passes for "health care". All the 'good doctors' have retired (or otherwise fled). Mentoring from those wiser minds will need to be part of any re-do to the system.
INSTEAD, we're being told that AI is the future - Nonsense! Diagnosing issues is an artform. A machine does not follow cases, because that requires having an interest in a craft and saving life; compassion can't be programmed.
The flaws begin with the EDUCATION SYSTEM - early on. Solution: Start by making medical education inexpensive and available to all, then incorporate clinical experience, early on in the process, in small community venues, to weed out those who are faint-hearted and poor candidates to carry on as doctors. Focus should be on prevention and nutrition. Too many doctors' incentive is financial gain when it must be the desire to care...that is innate, not learned.
Yes, the price of gold and silver are likely to keep rising in 2026. Other than that, your "predictions" are Wishful Thinking. You have been predicting that Zelensky is about to be forced out of power for several years: that hasn't happened and it won't happen. You have been predicting that Western Europe is about to fall to revolution and sweeping changes in power for many years: that hasn't happened and it won't happen. You have been predicting that lots of corrupt Democrats are just about to be indicted and go to jail, Real Soon for many years: that hasn't happened and it won't happen. I could go on. We must deal with reality, and with what is actually true: going down the garden path of Wishful Thinking and grandiose delusions is not helpful. In Real Life, expect 2026 to be fairly similar to 2025.
2026 will resemble 2025. Little will change. This doesn't require profound analysis, it's just common sense. The very idea that after ten years of lies about arrests of prominent Democrats that are Just About to Happen--but never do--believing that lie for an 11th year. . .is not wise. I am firmly grounded in reality, I hope you are as well.
Your detractors just want a Happy Ending to this movie, but you're the guy in the theater pointing out that this movie's already played out and that Happy Ending isn't happening.
BTW, why would they expect corrupt, law-breaking Democrats to be finally "brought to justice" when Trump himself has already managed to PARDON one of them? You know, that Cuellar guy, who got over $600,000 in bribes from two foreign nations. Yep, the Dems will hold on to THAT seat this November now, thanks to Trump. Oh, wait, and speaking of elections, we were also told here that the Democrats were so thoroughly discredited and destroyed by last November's Election that they were going to be thrown into the Dustbin of History a la the Whig Party.
How anyone can believe that now is equally as silly as believing that "arrests of prominent Democrats will be here any day now!!"
If I were a betting man, I'd put money on your predictions and would probably raise you to a more cynical take on what happens this year. I see an economy that will continue to falter, perhaps even leading to another 2008-style Crash (judging by how dicey the banking sector and credit markets have gotten in the past couple months). And, contrary to Trump's narcissistic claims that the American economy has "never been better" and that we are now in a "golden age", too many Americans ARE struggling to make ends meet while being told that the affordability crisis is just "fake news" and that inflation is now non-existent. This does not bode well for Republicans this November.
Just my $0.02, offered because I, too, am allergic to wishful thinking.
OUTSTANDING essay ! Mr Kunstler your writing production and insights and are amazing . I follow you because you articulate the evil, deliberate forces that are now attacking Western civilization .I love how you always provide sources , ...names ,dates, details ... Please continue I .will always click first on JHK when checking on the "Fresh Hell" greets us every morning "news".
Wow, if only we can wake up our friends and family still living under the bliss of ignorance. I would forward this to them but they are so far behind that we’ll need to offer a catch-up course or documentary first. Thank you for your great writing.
its unbridled sinful nature to lie cheat and steal so when government officials do so we dont often blink an eye—as Jesus says in the Gospel of John (paraphrase) "thats how the devil, the Father of lies operates". But no one expects this to be applied to religious based ideology (Taquiyya-Islam) that pretends to be listening the voice of the Almighty. Yet its written into their 'holy' book.
Religious beliefs, institutions and traditions continue to shape our world in ways that slow progress, divide societies and limit human potential.
Despite Science, and the History of Religious Atrocities, people insist on being ruled by nonsense in ridiculous religious old books
Netanyahu invoked the Biblical reference with the Amalek rhetoric for a blatant call to genocide.
"Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and donkey." - 1 Samuel 15:3.
Now 150,000+ have been slaughtered. And 95% of their houses, electricity, drinking water, sewage facilities and hospitals destroyed. Because Netanyahu's imaginary 'God' said that the Palestinians land belongs to Israel. Total bullshit!
And NOT ONE GOD has lifted a finger to stop this genocide.
Dump religion, replace it with logic and science, and live happily ever after.
How Dennis is destroying God—good luck with that POV. The God of the bible has re-established the state of Israel after 2000 years and is fulfilling its destiny as when the Messiah returns, it will be the head of the nations. They were born literally in a single day in 1948. Many thousands including nazis, communists and Islamist authoritarians have tried to wipe them out but could not. Many millions have attempted to kill the Jewish nation and the Christian church for the last 4000 years but have not. I think you are climbing up a wrong tree Dennis.
Not genocide. You a master of deception! If it was genocide, why does Israel go out of its way to feed them or send water trucks or leaflets to areas that are to blown up. No you are in the wrong and its the other way around. Islamists with the nazis have tried for thousands of years to destroy Israel. Now it is Hamas and Hezbollah and Iran's turn. No, Israel says no to the destroyers and will fight back. I applaud what they do, so sorry.
Remember that all those laws go by the wayside when the Ult-Left takes over and the Law is abolished. The really scary part is that the Left has no idea or plan of what to substitute for the Law. Chaos. Watch NYC.
Great work. The only thread you didn't pull on long enough is the AI (Artificial Ignorance) dilemma. The modern side of the global bell curve of technocracy is being set up for quite a shock when AI technology drops out for a millisecond. I still recall my fascination while I worked in cubicle-hell last century when the server and/or power went out: Everyone just stood around and waited for it to come back. They were completely incapable of doing anything. When, not if, the AI infrastructure takes a dump (fka "blue screen of death") and has to be reset is when your most depressing predictions will unfold in a domino cascade. 2026 seems like a good year for that to happen.
I have profound hopes (LOL) that AI will die in an ignominious collapse of smoking servers and lies. Driving on I-16, I saw signs: VOTE AGAINST AI-Increased electric bills and water shortage. The locals know. Too much is being made of something that is nothing more than a computerized, interactive encyclopedia - with delusions of autonomy!
Like the 1920s, the advent of the latest forms of technology will be jammed down our throats, like it or not. The wide dispersion of the internal combustion engine destroyed the USA agrarian economy, prompting the move of millions into the cities with the catastrophic result being the Great Depression. The savior, WW2, swallowed up the 25% unemployed and either put them to work making weapons or off to war. AI WILL do the same to the nouveau riche of the Hi Tech “middle class” that exists today. Silicon Valley is today’s farmland.
I think in 2026 AI will be so advanced we will be unable to tell what is real and what is not. The general populace is unable to discern the difference unless they are well schooled in the cyber sphere.
Chaos will be the norm with almost no accountability for past traitorous actions, IMHO. I pray I am wrong.
It is behind a paywall, he published analysis with narrative and charts a number of times per week.
He makes the case one must pay attention to the subtleties. Succinctly stated, AI generated videos are ‘too perfect’, to which I will add they lack colloquialisms. However, they do look good. To an unsuspecting individual the story lines could be swallowed whole.
I will add Steve does excellent market analysis with a concentration on metals, oil, energy and the concept of EROI (Energy Return On Investment). Many charts, narrative, with supporting material. 3 membership levels (one is free). Well worth the price of admission, imo.
Your comment on Israel - Gaza: "A lot of this heat was probably generated by the RINO / NeverTrumper branch of the Republican Party seeking to wrassle back its hegemony over the party’s electoral apparatus from Trump / MAGA forces." That is a ridiculous statement, Jim Kunstler. I agree with most of your analysis, but in the case of Gaza, what we are seeing is moral outrage in the global population, across party lines, at the viciousness of the Israeli Jews in their slaughter of innocents in Palestine. It is sincere outrage, that even with this so-called cease fire, hundreds are still being bombed and shot while humanitarian aid has been denied. Nearly half of the 2 million population has been killed or maimed. The behavior of these Israeli Jews reflects badly on all Jews, who should stand up against it. What a disappointment.
Agreed! Something about the whole Hamas attack does not meet the smell test. We need to keep questioning these types of events instead of writing off people that are looking critically at what is happening in Gaza as "hating on Israel."
You can hate on Israel all you want but the idiots in “Palestine” have been waging war on Israel forever. When you start a fight then don’t complain when the other party finishes it for you. In other words FAFO.
And the Israelis are completely innocent here? I think not. Do a little more digging on the support of Hamas by Israel. Do a little more digging on the treatment of Palestinians in the West Bank. Bibi and his cronies have a lot to answer for.
Jim - I’ve read your missives for years and after reading this eloquent tour de force I finally subscribed.
Thank you for being a patriotic AMERICAN and for subtly calling out those who - having arrived in the Promised Land from the Pale of Settlement via their parents or grandparents or great-grandparents - are trying to recreate a Bolshevik Russia run by a “highly educated” Marxist nomenclatura.
God Bless you and God bless what is left of America!🇺🇸
What kind of cruel 'God' would bless a Nation which is supplying thousands of 2,000# bombs to a mass murderer ~ to drop on refugee camps and hospitals, John?
And that Nation knows full well what the bombs are going to be used for!
Wow this is the best ‘Cliff Notes’ on the History of the World (in this decade) I have ever come across! When I saw it was a 44 minute read, I was momentarily tempted to pass, but within the first paragraph I was committed to the full read. And glad I did! Kudos Mr. Kunstler.
Kunnstler, you magnificent bastard (to borrow an encomium), you have outdone yourself. You leave me with nothing left to say to Mr. Kunstler! It is a thorough rendering of virtually every major issue.

This was a two cups of coffee read, now I need a drink!
Still it’s onward and upwards, keep pushing the elephant up the stairs we have no choice, because we are not losing this on our watch!
God Speed everyone!
Or coffee with some delicious Irish cream shots!

Like! My like button is still broken…
annoying. It could be your browser and substack. I use firefox and it likes to play games, equally does Safari with it's own little pesty problems
Try duckduckgo browser seems to work well with very few hiccups.
I have used that often. Usually a shut down and restart rearranges all of the furniture. I am just accustomed to firefox and stupid google too.

Maybe you can try getting involved in local town politics. You might be surprised at all you can accomplish. Think globally- act locally.
“May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were ever our brethren.” Or, something to that effect.
“The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything." - Albert Einstein.
Great observation.
"Medicine" as currently practiced, is generally a pharma exercise, and the move to basic, practical medicine is underway.
I predicet that this transition, as many things do, will happen "slowly, then all at once"
The way you are living now Cankerpuss is paradise compared to the life the Palestinians are living. If they are still alive!
You are so lucky to have born in the USA. And me in NZ.
Agree?
Take care my friend.
What's going on now? Total news blackout about them over here.
Hamas is murdering anyone who was in opposition same as it always was.
Nonsense
Nonsense: What is anything DENNIS POSTS FOR THE WIN ALEX!
Amen. AIPAC would merely be the first, being the most dangerous. Were you trying to say prominent when you said promote?
No, I meant a promote-common-culture group. We have all these crappy minority groups, where is there a majority group?
As you know, the USA is being divvied up between all these minorities.
I never expected an encyclopedia for New Year's!
It's called "Wishful Thinking".
Think longer term..JHK wants things to happen quickly.. Political inertia slows change. The SHTF is inevitable.
That's the problem with Wishful Thinking. As you said "JHK wants things to happen quickly" so he pretends that they will. I don't like fairy tales about things that people WANT to be true: I prefer to live in reality, dealing with things that actually are true.
Madero was just captured by the US.
A month ago, Maduro told Trump, “Come for me, I am waiting for you...coward!”
Whoops, bet he wishes he could take that one back!
Seems like you are part of the problem.
Thank God you are off in Kiwiland just running mouth.
What ever would we do without the guiding criticism of types like you and Phil?
BUWAHAHAHA
True.
If the lackluster GOP loses the midterms, then this prediction looks altogether different.
Never underestimate the ability of the Republicans to screwup a Free Lunch!
...served on a silver platter.
smdh with these guys. Finally, a legit chance to improve our country and they're pissing it away.
They’re not interested in improving the country. They’re pigs at a trough.
Healthier to share a cup half full than one half empty. JHK's critical thought fills the void vacated by the mainstream mediocre media.
Do you really believe the Chinese control Hollywood?
I don't think I said that. I intimated that the need to tailor movies to the Chinese market, plus Chinese investment in movies, has had a baleful influence on the US movie industry.
And it was immediate!
With several movies portraying China in a hero's light coming to the hapless US aid.
There was several years of it thankfully that ship sailed and the movies mostly tanked.
I eagerly anticipate your more-profound analysis. Sir.
Meanwhile in Kannada we huddle by the wood stove burning pallets and sipping squirrel broth
Well, that broth must make you wide-eyed and bushy tailed.
Sure does
OUTSTANDING essay !
No need to apologize for the length of this piece. It's the best analysis of the situation we find ourselves in as any I've seen. Thank you!
Wow, if only we can wake up our friends and family still living under the bliss of ignorance. I would forward this to them but they are so far behind that we’ll need to offer a catch-up course or documentary first. Thank you for your great writing.
"normalized lying and deceit" which is taqiyya and is officially in every US federal and state government agencies.
Love your reference to "18 U.S.C. § 241, known as the Conspiracy Against Rights statute". Going to tuck away that one.
its unbridled sinful nature to lie cheat and steal so when government officials do so we dont often blink an eye—as Jesus says in the Gospel of John (paraphrase) "thats how the devil, the Father of lies operates". But no one expects this to be applied to religious based ideology (Taquiyya-Islam) that pretends to be listening the voice of the Almighty. Yet its written into their 'holy' book.
How Religion Is Destroying Our Civilization
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Epwt0IWF3Mc
If you are OK with genocide, Arnold, I am not.
"When the Messiah returns, Israel will be the head of the nations."
What nonsense!
This is what comes from telling a society they have divine rights.
It's so difficult to believe that people could act so inhuman and hide behind a belief in a 'God' that they're chosen.
When the USA inevitably collapses Israel will be up shit creek without a paddle, my friend!

ISRAELI CRIMES THAT WILL SHOCK YOU | Robert Martin |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJmRyvWVrnc&t=11s
Not genocide. You a master of deception! If it was genocide, why does Israel go out of its way to feed them or send water trucks or leaflets to areas that are to blown up. No you are in the wrong and its the other way around. Islamists with the nazis have tried for thousands of years to destroy Israel. Now it is Hamas and Hezbollah and Iran's turn. No, Israel says no to the destroyers and will fight back. I applaud what they do, so sorry.
And you are an ethnosupremacist POS.
Why does Israel go out of its way to feed them ~ and then murder the kids while they are standing in line with their empty bowels?
Remember that all those laws go by the wayside when the Ult-Left takes over and the Law is abolished. The really scary part is that the Left has no idea or plan of what to substitute for the Law. Chaos. Watch NYC.
Yep, they have no idea of what they are doing.
"Yeah. Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether they could that they didn't stop to think if they should."
- Dr. Ian Malcomb
One can only hope.
AFAIK the general populace still believes the National Enquirer.
And they still believe "Joe Biden" was POTUS. Wait until those walls come down.
Steve St.Angelo at srsrocco report published this on 28 December:
https://srsroccoreport.com/danger-ahead-as-ai-generated-videos-taking-over-investors-the-public-have-no-clue-what-is-happening/
I wholeheartedly agree with you here.
Actually, many Jews nobly do oppose Bibi King.
Stuff and nonsense!
Moral outrage….what Utter bullshit
Really? Being morally outraged at innocent children being blown to bits is "utter bullshit"?
May God have mercy on your soul.
Agreed! Something about the whole Hamas attack does not meet the smell test. We need to keep questioning these types of events instead of writing off people that are looking critically at what is happening in Gaza as "hating on Israel."
Rancid.
Bibi King does indeed have much 'splainin' to do. For sure.
Will it actually ever happen? Doubts.
Are you not familiar with "black flag operations"?
🤣🤣🤣🤣
If you mean a false flag operation. Then yes I am familiar and that's exactly what I'm referring to in my comment above.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kidnapping_of_Naama_Levy
The taking of a military POW does not justify sniping little children, Ben. D'uh.
Note: This comment got buried deep in this thread - you may want to post it again as a top thread for Jim to see it.

Given my druthers: gold/silver vs. crypto ... I'm a physical-metal guy all the way, fwiw.
The kind that knows evil uses regular people as human shields and propaganda pieces.
Like how Israeli intelligence built one of their head quarters in downtown tel Aviv under a hospital and cries when Iran hit it with a missile?
Wow this is the best ‘Cliff Notes’ on the History of the World (in this decade) I have ever come across! When I saw it was a 44 minute read, I was momentarily tempted to pass, but within the first paragraph I was committed to the full read. And glad I did! Kudos Mr. Kunstler.
