This fetching ensemble brings together the aesthetics of conventional sewer infrastructure with the State DOT's Office of Thruway Signage. Depicted is the front entrance to the Knights of Columbus Hall in Saratoga Springs. In an earlier life, the building was the base of a bowling trophy. The flag in the background is a nice touch. It's secret purpose is to protect the building from criticism.
